People Are Revealing Personal Information When Wearing Monogram Necklace Pendants In Public

It is a dangerous world full of scoundrels who often prey upon the naive, the young, or the most unsuspecting people within our society. Often we forget just how treacherous people can be, and we reveal hidden aspects of ourselves which can be used against us. Believe it or not, the wearing of monogram necklace pendants is just such a habit that can expose us to these perilous individuals.

Such a pendant will generally reveal the initials of an person, and it is not a stretch for someone to figure out a name from that small bit of information. Adding to the problem is the fact that women are the primary ones you would expect to see wearing such jewelry. Even more chilling are the numbers of little girls who are often seen adorned in such a way.

Some people may even wear necklaces that include their actual name. Take in the example of a teenage boy or girl wearing their name around their neck while playing for their sport team, and any sharp observer will have their first and last name. This sort of stalking is sometimes done by pedophiles, but most often it is other students stalking one-another due to petty squabbles or an unhealthy crush.

Picture a third grader on a field trip wearing a bright gold or silver piece. A pedophile is watching, and hears a teacher call out a child by her first and last name. Carefully this social predator hones in on necklaces worn by all the children, identifies the correct individual, and lures her out of the group by calling her by name and claiming someone in her family is hurt.

The younger the child, the easier it is to get someone to give them a name to go along with their necklace. Exchanging names is a mind trick designed to disarm the person emotionally and make it easier for you to get information out of them. When one creates a rapport with another, even if it is for only a moment, then they are instantly vulnerable to what the other person intends for them.

Even adults can be manipulated in this way, as we have a tendency to relax more when on a first-name basis with someone. Once certain boundaries have been lowered, it makes it much easier for an attacker to get a perfect opportunity to make their move. Even street-smart ladies tend to relax into a conversation when they are being called by their name.

Monogrammed necklaces have been all the rage for about a decade, and the bigger and flashier the better. For this reason, even some young men are likely to wear such a thing, and it can be easily spotted from a distance. Boys and men can be victims as a result of exposed personal information just the same as women and girls.

Church or school initials are also commonly worn on articles of jewelry worn by young people, and one should be aware of their surroundings while they have it on. Once a person knows how to find you in other areas of your life, you are running a serious risk of being stalked. After all, most pendants hung up are second copies with a more valuable original at home.
